Delicious Mexican Flan Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, then pour into a baking dish.
  2. Blend sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the custard over the caramel in the baking dish.
  4. Place the dish in a larger pan and fill with hot water halfway up the sides.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50–60 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate to serve.

  • 14 ozs Sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ozs Evaporated milk
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 0 tsp Salt
